taking your money without concent

i cancelled get it at cell c shop at checkers mall in mosselbay december 2014. now i saw my account is credited again for get it without anybody contacted me or i agree to any of this again. the lady at cell c phoned again in my presence to ask get it why did they start taking my money again . they got some excuse of it was not cancelled but only suspended because there was not enough money in my bank. this is **** to say the least, because no debit order was ever denied from my bank. i feel they are *****ing my money and i want it back. thank you for helping me with this problem.
