TAKING YOUR COMPANY TO THE OMBUDSMAN’s

If I could zero stars I would.

Worst network provider..

I signed up for a contract in December, easy getting the phone because they quick to make sales right..

I then went into the Cavendish branch and took out insurance on my device.. a few weeks later I receive a call advising me that my insurance was not active.. because is this is a Cell C sales person on the phone I tell him okay please activate the insurance again because I trust you and you can clearly see what I can’t see on the system.

To my surprise, I check my bill three nights ago and I am not being charged for how many different insurances, I message the company on instagram and it is a back and forth between me and the following agents listed here:

I asked for someone at Cell C head office to contact me, and they let the social media team leader call me, she explains that I am now being billed for an early cancellation on my insurance. WHAT??!! So not only was I **** to but ***** took place here, so that the sales person could make a sale. He cancelled my insurance and activated another one!

Till today I am waiting for a call from Cell C Head office, I am taking this to Ombudsman’s because this is ***** , how do you cancel someone’s insurance and lie to them to open another one..

And now I’m sitting with a bill that no one can explain, the team leader told me exactly what this sales person did, he cancelled my insurance AND **** TO ME telling me I don’t have it activated.. is the type of people Cell C hires?

And don’t you dare, tell me to inbox you, go back to my instagram chat and see that I have been trying ! To get this sorted and nothing is being done!
