Taking too long to deliver my laptop

Good day, I am extremely unhappy with Cell C right now, I upgraded and I ordered a Huawei Mate-book D15, it's now been 3 weeks and no news about it, no updates, nothing, I followed up after a week with the lady who assisted me with the order cause I know when I order something, it's very quick to be delivered, she explained that the routers were out of stock, hence my laptop was not delivered and I will probably get my laptop in the next coming week, I understood, and thought, ok, let me wait a bit, but that week also passed, and we are on another week, still nothing. Guys even if the routers or laptops were being ordered overseas, by now they would have been delivered, what is really happening???, just be straight and tell me if I will receive it or not so I can just forget about it, rather than waiting for nothing, you guys don't even tell me when it will be delivered, no communication at all , you are just all quiet about, this is really not on, please, when someone contacts me, they must tell me WHEN it will be delivered, I don't want someone who's gonna tell me they are not sure, I ordered this laptop because I need it, I wanna use it. I'm really not happy.
