Taking Time
I have phoned Cell C to do a sim swap on Monday morning (21/12/15), I have not received ANY FEEDBACK as yet re: my sim swap. I have to phone them every time to ask how far they are and the only response I get is they willl send an sms to the relevant department to phone me back.<br> <br> It is 48 hours now and this kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE.<br> <br> They can contact me on ***.<br> <br> Mrs. SM Smit
