Taking pathetic service to the next level - Cell C

Living in South Africa and the time of call centre's, one has come accustom to bad customer service, Cell C have however done all they can to raise to bar on pathetic customer service. I do not think there is one person in the entire Cell C that care one bit about any of their customers. Having been a loyal customer for over 6 years, and had to leave them due to the service, now they are refusing to give me my refund owned to me, and making impossible to get any answers. When phone the so called customer care, the so called "supervisors" is always on a call and not available, the drop the call on you when you refuse to hang up, and never phone you back as promised. The even lie about email addresses. The one I do have, only get's ignored, and I am not being responded to. If there is on company that deserve to go under it is Cell C, take my advise, NEVER USE THEM!
