Taking out payment without your knowledge

I recently app**** for a data sim which I will be paying R149 starting from the 25th of January. Just yesterday they debited R115.35 from my account and when I call they said that its the activation amount that is taken within 24 hours of activating the sim. I was never informed about this from Cell C when I was applying, if they did I would have left money in my account so they can take the money. I never leave money in my account after paying all my accounts, now I am sitting on a -R143.66 because the debit order bounced. Due to this misinformed information I would like Cell C to refund me the bounced amount because it was not my fault the money bounced because I was never informed that they will take money in my account.
