Taking my money, but do not help me

I went to upgrade this morning, to my surprise thqt i could not upgrade as i am under debt review. Yes i am, but i manage my contract in such way that i pay more everymonth than needed, never been late with a payment. This is unacceptable that they can take money easily, but cannot assist a person no matter what the circumstances. I have been a Cell C member for a number of years. I really hope this can reach someone that can help me.
