Taking more money for contract phone

Cell c is the worst company ever Very rude staff that has no people skills and speaks to people like **** And then you guys also rip people off by taking more money than you should my fiancé took a contract phone and has been paying every month on time yet you take extra money and when she phones you all the rude staff can say is oh its not my fault like learn to speak to customers my fiancé works hard for her money so my advice is learn to respect people!
