Taking more and more money after contract terminated
Cell C, after many complaints terminated the contract. Now they are continuing to take the monthly subscription, but not only that, they have increased the subscription by 4 times!!!

01 Feb 2022, 09:10The contract holder is dead. All the documents have been forwarded to Cell C in November already. They promised the contract will be terminated. Clearly this hasn't been done and just more debit orders being collected? Why is the contract not cancelled - we followed up on numberous occasions, the call centre agents says we cannot speak to the department that deals with it. Cell C has an obligation to terminate the contract and request NO further payments. Please advise what else can I do to get this done?
