TAKING MONIES OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

I upgraded my phone and was sent another phone that was not agreed upon. contacted CELL C and they picked up the phone. the phone was never replaced and they continued taking money out of my account. contacted them like twice weekly with no SATISFACTION, could not even get to speak with a MANAGER. Team leaders do not know what is happening. BAD SERVICE - NO UNDERSTANDING. further after 3 months I sent an email to cancel the contact BUT they upgraded on their own and is now taking double the amount of money. I requested for a recording and to date no one will help. I am taking a bad name now with my bank because of the reversals and stopping the debit orders which are going out every 2nd week as they are using difference REFERENCE NUMBERS to take out monies. THEY ARE ROGUES - BE AWARE OF CELL C. Check you banking statements if you have a contract with them.
