Taking money Just becuase

I took out a contract 2 months ago. in the store I paid my fees R180 in store and a week after R195 went of my bank account. this Month I paid my first payment and Have to Pay almost R600 for a contract that was Advertised R299. on my statement there is a Activation fee or R175 a extra data fee of R75 and account fee of R350<br> The simcard is not activated as its still sealed so No extra data was used, also I went to the store I got the contract they shown me that there is no extra data Packages on my account<br> So I want to know why are Cell C taking all these Activation fees and charging me extra
