Taking money from my account without signature

It came to my attention that money was taken off my bank account for a second line at Cell C that I did not sign for. I have visited the store 5 times since Friday made 38 calls and 6 emails with no or little response. According to them I have an extra line but I did not apply for one. I have had the same number for 12 years. They requested the documents in order to see signatures. Documents I was told would come on Wednesday but I am still waiting. I then phoned the call centre myself.. they sent me a Subscriber Agreement authorising money to go off my account but to my shock I saw that the form is not signed. Blank.. so who gave permission for money to be deducted off a unsigned document. The store was shocked when I paid them a visit with the unsigned document. The shop assistant responded in saying that I should not have been sent that document. They have that in store. Why? Is it because it is ******* to deduct money without proper signature? Scary. Now they are worried about who signed the application? Nevermind who signed the application the document taking money from me is not signed. That is just ******* . Who approves forms coming in ? They owe me R 3500 .<br>
