taking money from account even though account is paid up

I ask Nu Debt workingon behalf of Cell C to remove this naedo from my account as it keeps deducting money even though the account is paid up. They tell me to go to my bank and reverse it. really??/ Then they say it is Cell C that has done this. All they do is give you numbers to call and no one answers or it is always engaged. This is unacceptable that i have paid three times in one month. it is not a lot of money but for me it is. i am a pensioner.

all i want is my money returned to me R113. please help.
