Taking money for services not supp****

I have been receiving harrasing phone calls to pay my one contract. For 9 months the sim card has not been activated, but I paid. Now that I stopped paying for services I do not receive I get harrased.

*stop harassing me on the phone* I get calls all hours of the day and night. As soon as I ask if this sim card was activated, then the attitude changes.

Please do not call me again before this sim card is activated. The idiot who called me this morning told me the line is suspended – suspended for what? It does not even work – You are a joke !!!! Why did I have to stop paying in order for you to take note that you have received more than 9 months payments for benefits that I did not receive?
