TAKING MONEY BUT I GET NOTHING IN RETURN

about four months ago i started complaining about my internet. If i want to use it, it says that i do not have any internet. on phoning customer care, they say, remove the sim, and see if it works. on phoning again about 3 weeks ago, i was told there is a problem, how long have i experience it, i told the person about 3 -4 month if not longer, data is not use because i cannot use it and then they take the data back and they take my money, in other words i pay and get nothing in return??

the case was logged, router was returned, i was sms to say i can choose another product with ref no : GPJOH355142, I dont want another product, i want my money back for at least 3 months??? Dont this that is to much to ask??

hours and day goes by and no one will give feedback and phone and go from one to another person to help, I spoke to Nandi and they will get back in 48 hours , still nothing, I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR 3 MONTHS!!! AT LEAST
