Taking money before free minutes is up

I have 4 x straight up top up contracts I pay R249-00 per contract per month = R996-00 in March the CEO decided to add R20-00 to everybody contracts, thus = R1076-00 and then 2 x contract *** and *** the BIS gets paid automatically then = R1190-00`On Saturday I had to phone my medical aid I was in casualties and the voice promp told me I had no fund available but I have 500 minutes so I had to use a pay phone at the hospital so much for Cell C in time off emergency This morning my daughter wanted to activate her BIS on *** , she had R57-00 on her phone R1-00 went off and now Ceel C says she has insufficient funds on her phone PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY AT CELL C JUST FOR ONCE DO THEIR JOB RIGHT AND STOP STUFFING AROUND THE PEOPLE THAT PAY YOUR SALARIES
