Taking money after being instructed not to

I am livid. What is wrong with you people at CellC!!!??? After being instructed, in writing, to cancel any debit orders you still debit my account! I told you that I am not working and that there are insufficient funds in my account for the debit order to go off and still you try. Isnt' that theft? The debit order is going to be returned due to insufficient funds. I hereby demand that you return the payment immediately as well as the cost for a returned debit order(R90 I think). I still cannot believe the audacity and I find your actions quite disgusting. Do you need me to put it in another language so that you can understand? Sit terug my geld en julle moet NOOIT WEER dit probeer vat nie! ******!!!<br> <br> Finally, I will NOT answer a call from your call center because your agents clearly don't understand plain English. I require any and all correspondence to be in writing for record-keeping.
