taking initiative

i received a call from the cell c team in regard to my complaint with csurance/finrite even though they are a department of cell c or working with cell c, customer care responded swiftly as compared to the people that are responsible for the problem at hand, i hope finrite will have their contact center operation managers on the floor tomorrow because this has escalated to another level 5 consultants singing the same song on the wrong tune . big up to the customer care division of cell c.
