Taking details but no response

My Mom app**** for a contract with cell c<br> They have taken all her details and have also taken her banking details however no one will tell her whats going on with her delivery, the call centre staff are taking advantage of a old lady as they know she will not fight for herself.<br> They told her they will send her an sms and still no response, they have not responded, we call and everyone transfers her from pillar to post with no response or they drop the call on her.<br> For a well established company the service and the treatment they are giving her is ********** and she is made to feel like she is being done a favor where as she will be paying for this contract and paying for the service.<br> Its been 3 days and she still has no feed back however all her banking details have been taken and all addresses.<br> I want cell c to sort out this issue immediately or i will take it further on my moms behalf, company is taking advantage of senior citizens and that is utter *******!!!!
