Taking airtime
I bought R35 of airtime on my number in 4 days. After making one actual phone call of 3min its all gone. I get 1.5 gigs of data every month on my contract so where could my airtime be vanishing to???????

Airtime and data do not disappear there are causes such as content subscription services, out-of-bundle data rates can quickly deplete airtime, new smartphones, and faster networks mean data is used quicker etc.
We will get one of our consultants to look into this matter and assist.
