Taking advantage of pensioners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So someone from CELL C called my pensioner mom who has a contract with them and sold her a product. My mum never said she wanted the Premier service they offering.

Now come debit order date, my mum is debited almost double her premium, she called and told them she never signed up they cancelled the prescription but still wanted the premium for one month.

My mum is a pensioner she does not have money to be paying for useless things, and when she complains all they say is sorry and move on. She has not had services because she is in arrears now she paid the double premium but still owes.

Cell C is really taking advantage.
