Taking advantage of illiterate and elderly

Cell C was contacted regarding a quotation to terminate a contract, an SMS was sent with the quotation and banking details and no instructions on the process. The amount quoted was paid. two months later the account was not closed. When Cell C is contacted via call center, they claim that, they should have been contacted after the amount was paid for them to action the termination. As riduculous as that sounds, a call would have been had they advised that was the process. No One Said I needed to call after paying. Please close the account immediately!
