Taking 7 days for approval ridiculess

I app**** for a new contract last week Monday and i have 2 existing contracts with Cellc yet it taking them 6 days to approve it . if i go into a store they do it same day.<br> <br> this is taking way to long they have all my details on other contracts yet they wont approve it in a timely manner.<br> <br> Should have just cancelled it and gone into a store and i am still waiting for them to approve the contract.
