Taken from pillar to post by CELLC

I had a contract with CellC *** )and I settled in full in February 2021. An email to of proof of payment was send to ***. I called the customer centre and I was told that the account reflects a R 0 balance. I went to CellC store and they called your customer center and I was given email and contact number of NuDebt and that company dont have any information on me. I want my account cleared as it reflects a CELLc default payment on my credit record. This is bad I will not even recommend CellC to any one I know. Can this matter be settled and my name be cleared.
