Taken for a ride - cell c call centre

I am very much disappointed in with the service from cell c, i have been calling the call center since morning and no one is willing to assist me. I've been taken from pillar to post - legal then retention then i wait for someone to pick up my phone for approximately 8 minutes then i hang up. I want to cancel the contract and pay what is outstanding. I regret this....

Will anyone assist ME please. Someone called and put me through a wrong department and that department hung up instead of putting me through the right department. Will i ever get peace?
