Taken for a ride by Cell C repairs centre

<p>Last year in December I sent my device in for repairs at Riverside Mall in Nelspruit because the speaker wasn't working well,the sound quality was a issue.</p> <p>The phone was sent back to me and I was told that it was a software issue!it just needed a software update the funny thing is I had just had the software updated at Istore in Ilanga mall I took the phone with me and to my suprise the problem persisted and I again took it in and again they updated the ****** software and the problem with the speaker is still there and now theyre talking about warranties and what and what not yet when I first took the phone I was assured that it was still under warranty.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can Cell C repairs just sort out my speaker or replave my handset and stop making me a fool of me by updating my software something I can easily do myself. I am greatly inconvienced by taking the phone back and forth which means that for about a week I am without a device hoping that it will come back sorted only for it to return with the same problem.</p>
