Takealot Voucher

I took a Cell c contract in September 2014 and was told that I would receive a R2000 Takealot voucher and did receive it but the phone was faulty and I had to take it in,the voucher codes was on the phone and was lost during the repair of the phone and I asked Cell c for the codes afterwards and was told that they have nothing to do with it so they refered me to Takealot and Takealot said that the contract is taken with Cell c so they should give me the codes.I have been making calls for quite a while now and have still not received the voucher nubers yet!
