takealot voucher

i took out a contract with cellc in August 2014 and was told i will receive a [URL Removed] voucher valued R350. I have called on the 21/02 , 31/01 was told to call takealot , 06/02 was told a email is being sent by Ndumiso and will get a email , which i hv not received now i call again on the 17/02 and im told to send a email to some marketing director. Im so sick and tired of this run around cellc service is truly horrible and i guess the vouchers they advertise is just lies . <br> <br> trully dissapointed
