take my money please!

So my salary arrived a day later than planned and my Cell C debit order did not go off. The same day I was going to make an EFT payment for my account I received an sms saying that if I rep**** yes my account would be debited so I did. The next day I called the call centre asking what's going on? I was told the sms was an error and I shouldn't have got it. Ok cool can you debit my account? This was yesterday. Today I get a call asking if I can arrange payment? This is the third time in the 12 years that I have been a cell c customer where I just can't handle the stupidity of the service. Next time there will be no complaint, no arguments and Iwill not get upset I will just change my service provider. NB please make sure you do not debit me twice now
