CELL C, you failed to produced IP ADDRESSES yet you busy sending your debt collectors to disturb my peace. Are you doing so because i dont have money to erect a Billboard so that i can show how CELL C ********** may be....why must i pay if you cant provide proof that i went to those websites? You cannot provide proof, thats your problem not mine...i am asking you for the last time to s**** this amount, so that i can continue with my life.
