Tablet was brought back damaged after repairs

I took my tablet in for repairs. It had small dent on the corner. When I collected it the whole screen was cracked. Took it back in but I was qouted again for me to pay for its repairs. The branch who booked in was Wonderpark. I was assisted by Suzan and Christine. The branch can testify that the handset was submitted with a dent or crack on the corner. The gentlem who took my call this morning was mpumi. He never came back to me after he went to consult with the supervisor who sounded astonished when I asked him to call me back For feedback. I would like to know who must for this damage? The 1st qoute was R3500 the second one is R2700. Why?
