Tablet still not fetched

Follow up report on complain laid 24 Nov 2015.<br> 26 Nov 215 a cell c rep called me and apologised for the inconvenience, saying that the reason the phone was not fetched for assessment is because the address for collection was not captured correctly (same address where the delivery was made). he said the phone would be fetched on Friday 27 Nov 2015, Monday 30 Nov 2015 the phone is still not fetched.<br> <br> phone bought 6 Nov, reported 9 Nov and on 30th of Nov the phone is still not fetched.
