*******t service from CellC and device insurance department. Themba Sono is the worst and very rude consultant I have ever spoke to consultant

I thought by this time I would be writing a good review regarding CellC kodwa hai. It was on the 11th of December when I came to this platform crying for help then they responded and finally I got feedback and my claim was followed up on and guess what because they needed me to pay an access fee of R1940.18 they kept in contact with me sent follow up emails until I made a payment and honestly speaking I really appreciated that coz they made me feel valued as a client and thought they really wanted to assist me kante hai the worst is about to happen, I paid them the R1940.18 on the 5th-01.2022 ( yesterday) then today I call in then I am told that my account is in arrears I did not pay, mind you they deducted R915.98 from my bank account on the 24th of December 2021 and my next deduction date is supposed to be on the 27th of January. so basically I have paid CellC and their insurance company (hollard) R2856.16 (December bill and access fee) while I still don't have a phone then they say I owe them. I haven't been provided with the services that I pay for monthly and on time for more than 6 weeks now then they have the guts to tell me that I owe them when they do not miss the deduction date. Then when I called in this morning as frustrated as I am I got through to the agent by the name of Themba Sono, Yes I got a lil rude with him because now I am busy paying money that I do not have during these trying times and He (Themba Sono) had the guts to cut off my call instead of transferring it to the department I wanted. Kodwa ke what would I say coz who do they care about if it is not themselves and milking us off our money then claiming that we owe them when they deduct even days before claiming that there will be holidays so they rather collect the money before the agreed date.

I demand a call from Themba Sono and his TL/Line manager
