System offline
been at cell c vaalmall Friday and today. Indian guy claims that they cannot help me with the sim swap they're offline. When I call the customer care they claim they are not aware of the problem. So who is fooling who? Will I ever get assistance at vaalmaal?? This is appalling customer service. I cannot do anything because people do not want to work.
