SWITCH TO CELL C.....no one assists/knowledgeable

Good day <br> I have been trying to switch to CELL C for a month now, sending them emails, visiting Bayside mall AND Century City branch and the people working at both stores have clearly not attended the training and are just unhelpful, standing around in the shop. How am I suppose to switch to Cell C if they are unable to assist with the process???? The service is just really bad at the shops!!! <br> Do you want new business or not cause it doesn't look like you it!!!!<br> <br> Contact me if you want new business as I am really tired trying to move to your network (false advertising?)<br> <br> Lindi <br> ***
