Switch on then off

Good Day I made arrangement with Cell c for 2 phone lines to be switched back on and that the debit order must be run on the 7th for any outstanding which Cell C agreed to and put my main 2 lines back on. Today is the 28th the debit order has been run again and without warning my service on these two line was have again been suspended even though we had an agreement for this not to happen. Why make arrangements with somebody and then breaks them. When we phone Cell C we get told that there is no record of this and your cosultant Kandelelo says she cannot assist. Great service Cell C so much for keeping your word. As previously requested i want the settlement amounts on all my contracts so that I can buy them out. A stop order has been put on all Cell C transactions as they run debit orders when they want. This will only be lifted upon this problem being resolved.<br> ***
