I've called in December to cancel my contract of which I was advised that it can be cancelled in Feb. I called again in January to cancel my contract & any services linked & spoke to an agent who confirmed & assured that come the 1st of February this contract would be cancelled & I wouldn't pay a cent... I've just received a statement whereby I have to make a payment... FOR WHAT???.... We as customers are told every time that "calls are recorded" & that we can request these... I want the recordings for 10/12/2022(10:04), 11/01/2023 (16:31) & 14/91/2023 (08:00 & 10:17) & if not received or this matter not be resolved then I will be handing the matter over to my lawyers.
