Swim Swap

I feel sad to have to write this, I was looking forward to putting a Compliment on, as the upgrade department was Amazing, did my upgrade Monday got my phone Tuesday, Well done, thank you so much. I got so happy thought CellC has finally become the best service provider.<br> <br> Now, no one can assist me when I call to do the sim swap, Started this Tuesday, Its Thursday, I was suppose to be called back yesterday, no one called me, I called this morning at 8:30 when i was told i will be called back in the next two hours, its been more than 3 hours and no one is calling me back, this should be the most simplest thing to do yet they cant manage it, Two days for a sim swap??? I cant call the centre again because I get same story, we will call you, NO ONE IS CALLING ME !!!!!
