Swim swap

I went to cell Connect during lunch (26-10-2017) to do a swim swap, when i got there they heard closed for the day to go to a function. Then i went Mall of Africa (Cell c shop) and i was told they will not do swim swap without an ID even though i had my drivers licence with me and they could see i was heavily pregnant so sending me away was actually a big joke. i asked to speak to the manager but she refused to see or even hear me out. Then the consultant told me to go buy a new Sim card from Jet and phone Cell customer service to do a swim swap which i din't understand why i need to buy it else where while im in the Cell C shop. Inconclusion i left the Mall without being assisted and to me this was a very bad service i have received from Cell c after i've been with this network for almost 10yrs.
