Swak service, network always down or roaming.

I don't understand this network issues with Cell C, even if the weather has been good. I been buying the special deal of 2GB for 24 hours for R35. Three times I was unable to use it and therefore lost it. Since the network was just roaming forever and ever. Cell C always have issues, I haven't heard complaints from MTN people unlike us Cell C and Vodacom. Maybe I must just switch because even the call centre is swak.
