Good morning Piet

Please visit your nearest Cell C store and book in the handset for repairs, it normally takes 21 days. The handset will be sent to our repair centre where it will be assessed and a decision will be taken based on the outcome whether the handset will be replaced, repaired or refunded.

At the store, ask if they have any loan phones as it depends on availability which you can use in the interim.

Hierdie is onaanvaarbaar van Cell C!! Nowere in Kimberley or Bloemfontein Cell C outlet can i find a loan phone?? I cant be.without a phone. This phone is one month old.

Its yust getting better with cell c. Bloemfontein mimosa mall contact me and inform me that they have a lone phone for me. This after 2weeks. Drove from Kimberley to Bloemfontein to book my phone in for repairs. Now we must put my personal info and photos on the other phone. The lady inform me that they cant connect to the internet,because there data is finished? Hello Cell C??? This is unacceptable. Now i made my phone a hotspot so that all the costomers in the shop can connect on my phone that consultants can sort out there problems?? Poor Poor Poor!! Cell C. Now the lady want to put my info over to the lone phone. Until now,she could not manage to do so. Im back to Kimberley without a phone. This is week 3. Cell C is the worst cellphone network in SA. No customer cervice. As far as i go in live i will never ever have a good word for cell c.
