Suspension of my line with no reason

Iam getting annoyed with Cell C. There is a very rude agent who always calls me with a number that is not the Cell C customer care number. Iam skeptical about giving people my personal info especially over the phone, with so many ****s going around. I think this girl's name is Olga she called me today at 16:43pm using this number ***. Omg she is soo rude.. I told her Cell C calls me with 084 140 she forces me to confirm my date of birth. I refused.. She said ' I am going to suspend your line' and she hung up! She did the same thing last Tuesday the 17th of March 2020..i went to Cell C on the 18th and reconnected my line.. I am honestly fed up with this Company. I demand for that girl to call me and apologize I also demand that cell c gives me a free month for the inconvenienced coursed. I have been with Cell C for almost 10 years if not more. I do not appreciate how I am been treated at this very moment.

If Cell C does not value me as their customer anymore, trust me I am happy to change the network and I will leave without paying the rest of contract money that's due! I won't tolerate being treated like this. I am ****ed..
