Suspension of Lines

Cell C messed up my account last month with regard to one of my data contracts.<br> <br> I have already brought this to cell c notice and have received a message of acknowledgement of the error and that cell c would pass a credit.<br> <br> I thus paid the amount that I usually pay (For all my contracts) on the 25/04/2015.<br> <br> I received a SMS on 05/05 that due to my account being outstanding, my service will be suspended.<br> <br> I went to a store and also sent emails to Cell C but they still haven't rectified their error and all my lines are suspended since then.
