Suspended line and being mislead by agents

Being a customer of a cell c contract for more than 15 years. I was called for a upgrade which I took, however the agent who assisted me took out a new line instead of doing a upgrade on my old number. I called in numerous times for assistance however no one could help me... I got hold of an consultant and explained the issue.
