suspended line

31st October 2015 a payment was made to nedbank, I received a text message 11.11.2015 to advise of my phone /line that will be cut / suspended , proof of payment was requested, this was then faxed off an hour later . the message instructed that line will be activated four hours later if this is done , today is the 12.11.2015 and my line is suspended and still receiving texts and emails threatening to hand me over to the lawyers I've received 8 emails thus far.but line is still suspended ...my payments increase from R410 -R489 and no agent can advise me as to why. faxed proof of payment at 12:35 identification ***9 .<br>
