Suspended and no reason

Hi Cell C.... who suspends my service without answering your phones, in the shops, in the call center as well. What is going on? You guys take data from me before my bill is paid, and phone me 2 days later. Unacceptable. Since when do you guys do this? I want an explanation of why my service suspended. And phone me in two days again... just try.

Maropeng could not get hold of you on your contact numbers. However, he sent an email advising you of this and requested for an alternative number where he can get hold you and assist.
