Suspended account but I'm paying monthly - this is theft!

I reported bad network on twitter, then was asked to DM the number involved, then got this reply :

Which number can we reach you on for a security check? The number is suspended. ^SM

What utter nonsense, we can make calls and use the Internet when their pathetic signal is available, else it is on a roaming network.
