Suspected ***** by Cell C

I have had serious problems with somebody using my name and ID number to write Cell C contracts in Vincent Park, East Londen. I first descovered payments going off on my FNB cheque account in February 2018. I asked the bank to reverse the payments. Then I went into the Cell C branch in Stellenbosch on 10 April 2018 to ask them to establish why this is happening, because another set of two payments went off at the end of March from my account. I gave instructions to cancel all debit orders in my name. They established that contracts were taken out with my details on two different names at the Vincent Park branch in East Londen. They took all my details, bank statements, copy of my ID, affidavit to say that I do not have any contracts with Cell C and promised to phone me once sorted out. I never got a phone call. Not even a week later, on the 13th of April 2018, another payment went off in Cell C's name. I went to Cell C Stellenbosch on the 16th of April to establish what is happening. They promised to speak to the manager and to let me know. I am still waiting for anybody to contact me. My next step is to report all of these branches as ********** - nobody seems to know what to do and yet it is happening all the time.
