Surprisingly good service

I upgraded my CellC contract at Sandton City mall store on the weekend and was pleasantly surprised at how efficient their service was. I phoned earlier in the morning and spoke to Thato and requested she get all the documentation ready to streamline the process once arrived in store. Much to my surprise it was all ready when I got there and my shiny new handset ready for collection. Well done Thato and everyone in store for making this such a pleasant experience!
