SURPRISE SURPRISE SUSPENSION TIME - NO MAN ENOUGH ALREADY

I have tried to get the billings department to correct my statement since April 2021. They have now suspended my line for the 3rd time causing me loss of income. Proof of payments have been sent in excess of 25 times.

NOW the line is suspended again for the 3rd time. If i didnt take the responsibility to pay my debt I would understand but this is pathetic. Cell c rep**** advising sorry and we wont suspend ...... ya right. Customer service at its best!
